What does the service do?
Recruits, inducts and places volunteers with the services that most match their skills, across the ILCP. Provide a resource across the ILCP for other projects, events etc. Volunteers can gain: confidence, new skills and experiences, form relationships with new people and their community and enhance their employment prospects.
What happens after the referral?
- Apply online or via phone.
- Interview with the relevant manger.
- Placement with the service applied for.
- Each Service Manager is responsible for the volunteer's training and development.
